Return Policy
To return your order for a refund or exchange:
- Call 01097710029.
- If you paid by credit or debit card, we will first process a refund and then create a new order.
- We will issue a cash refund through the shipping agent after receiving the returned product, inspecting it, and deducting shipping costs if the product was delivered correctly as requested by the customer.
Return requirements:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You can return the product within 30 days of the shipping date indicated on the purchase receipt.
- You can return or exchange the product at any of our branches with the original invoice after the product has been inspected.
Exchange Policy
To exchange any of the products:
- Contact our customer service department.
- Subject to the exceptions listed above, when you return your order or when you wish to exchange it for other specific products, we will refund the money upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, deducting shipping costs if the product was delivered as requested by the customer and paid for in cash upon delivery.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order:
- Call our customer service department during working hours within one day of placing the order.
- If you paid by credit or debit card and cancelled the order according to this clause, we will refund the amount (if applicable) as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account as it depends on the procedures of the bank you use.
- Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after the aforementioned time as the order would have been processed, but it can be cancelled by following our return/refund instructions as mentioned above.
